MENA – Leadership Capability Building

Over a period of three years, we have been working with a renowned University in the MENA region to develop a bespoke package of leadership capability building for delegates from the Security Sector. Following lengthy discussions and assessment we were able to develop two linked but materially different courses dealing with different aspects of leadership at the strategic and operational levels.

Our team of qualified training designers, trainers and subject matter experts worked alongside the client to ensure their needs and those of their customers from the security sector were met, delivering the necessary learning outcomes and a quality product for use and practical application in the workplace.

The capability build commenced in September 2022 and to date some 200 delegates have been through the process. The courses will continue throughout 2023 as current and future leaders from the region develop new skills by which to lead their teams in the complex and high risk world of security.

We are immensely proud to be a recognised provider for the University in question and look forward to working with them in the future on leadership and other issues pertaining to policing and security.
